Matys Borowicz
Founder and Director of FutbolProject, Matys was a professional player in Poland and has more than 15 years of coaching experience at all levels in Australia and overseas. Qualified as FFA B Licence coach, Matys was for many years the Youth Coordinator for South Melbourne FC and Box Hill United FC and currently is the Technical Director of Ashburton United SC, leading the program of football development inside the club.
Mars Koslowsky
Mars has built his career in football mostly overseas, specifically in South America. Coach with Masters Degree in Football Methodologies for the Universidade do Porto - Portugal and closely involved with FC Porto youth development methodologies, Mars arrived back in Australia in 2019, after his first experience in the country as Technical Director of South Melbourne FC during 2012-13 season. With more than 20 years of experience coaching in youth development and professional levels, Mars has the opportunity to work as Technical Director in highly recognised Brazilian clubs such as Gremio FBPA and CA Paranaense and currently is in the process of finalising his FFA B Licence in Australia being involved as JBNPL Head of Coaching for Ashburton United SC.
Fred Rubinstein
Fred has been a football coach and educator for almost 10 years. Currently qualified with an Advanced GK level 1 Licence and a FFA C Coaching Licence, in the process of completing the FFA B Licence. Having previous experience playing as a goalkeeper at the community level, Fred is the head of Goalkeepers coaching in Ashburton United SC, involved with the young ages, JBNPL and senior teams goalkeepers coaching program. Fred has lots of experience working with primary school kids with special needs/behavioural challenges and has focused his coaching skills to young age footballers.
Patrycja Salwa
With a consistent carreer as professional footballer playing in first division female league in Poland. Patrycja has experiences as a project manager of Arka Gdynia Soccer Academy and Co-founder of Flauta Gdynia Girls Soccer Academy. With a Masters of Strength and Conditioning from the Academy of Physical Education of Wroclaw, Poland and UEFA B Coaching Licence,, Patrycja dedicate her life for the development of young players, specialising in female soccer.
Guilherme Funchal
Currently qualified with performance analysis certificate at ATFA (Asociación de Técnicos del Fútbol Argentino), Guilherme is in process of starting the FFA C licence. After creating tactical and data analysis content for the last 3 years on social media, the Brazilian gathered more than 18k followers on his profiles. Guilherme is currently the assistant coach of South Melbourne U14 team.
Kristian Vinaccia
Having played for South Melbourne and Oakleigh Cannons, Kristian is currently at Bentleigh Cobras. With 5 years of coaching experience, he has completed the FFA C Licence.
